Kurt and his crew arrived right on schedule, went straight to work - skillfully and efficiently. Kurt took the time and interest to explain details of the project to me and to answer my questions. He and his crew were respectful and considerate of us and our neighbors while setting up their equipment and performing their work. They were obviously careful while working around our shrubs and flowerbeds. All debris was cleaned up when the job was done. Incredibly, the job was finished before Janet got home from work around 5:30. Now that's a job well done!

Not only did we have our roof and gutters replaced, but we also had reconstruction completed on our carport and back patio.

Recently we had our gutters replaced on our house by two young men whose names I do not know. I would commend them for a job well done. They arrived at a reasonable hour and did not finish until dark. They were polite and kept my wife and I informed of what was going on.
The house is thirty plus years old so the gutters did not always go as planned. Where adjustments needed to be made they told us what they were and got our permission to make those adjustments. Further, they cleaned up after they finished. Again, thanks for a job well done with special thanks to those two young men who did a good job in spite of the bad weather that day.

Today your company finished the final details on the contract and I am writing this to let you know how pleased I am with the finished product of your work. There are a number of things that made the experience a very good one for me, starting with the initial consultation with Dan Knight, to intermittent consults with OJ, to the end of the project.
First, every team who came arrived at exactly the time they were to be here. This punctuality was important to me and very professional. Secondly, all members were polite, task oriented, worked hard, and were always professional. Also, the team members were supportive and respectful in their relationship with each other. There was no cursing or other rough language.
Sergio and his team worked fast and were very efficient. I am especially grateful to Sergio for problem solving the crucial issue of the missing plywood! In addition, his pleasant PR skills are a special asset. Denis' team displayed enthusiasm, creativity and patience in handling special challenges of their job (replacing soffits). It was a long and tedious process. The team who installed the gutters worked with efficiency and skill.
Bruce Cloud certainly deserves special mention. He stayed very close to the process during the entire project by coming by as often as necessary helping the team troubleshoot if needed, and coordinated most efficiently with other teams so that everything ran smoothly. He also was very congenial, and extraordinarily accommodating with the customer in the case of concerns expressed, issues to be clarified, etc. His willingness to jump in and do the "hands-on" work (painting) on the weekend was much appreciated. Thanks also go to the other members of the painting crew, who worked very carefully and really did an excellent job! Bruce's flexibility and willingness to "go the extra step" was ever present, a special thanks for that. I must add, that the weather did not always cooperate, but he most patiently kept me informed on the progression of things. Again, THANK YOU!
Also, it was a pleasure to have phone contacts with Tammy at the office, whose efficiency and friendly manner I appreciated very much.
Overall, I am very happy to have chosen your company for this project, and would not hesitate to recommend your services to other potential customer! Thanks again to all for a job well done!
